i would definantly say the CHI straightner, all though they are rather expensive ($150) they straighten any hair, heat up fast, and dont poof your hair out!

FHI ceramic ionic iron. THey sell on ebay for 50 bucks.Heats up to 450 degrees,i use it everyday,i have kinky curly thick hair,works like a charm.

CHI has really good ones, they are a bit pricey, but work wonders. You can always try some other brand ceramic or tourmaline iron. You can find professional irons on www.ballbeauty.com

Get a CHI. It's professional and is the best on the market. Granted, it is the most expensive. But it's still the best!

which ever get the hottest I say I've tried loads as I have un believably thick wavy hair and the only one's that work on mine are the hottest one's available no matter what brand or price
