Eat tons of doughnuts. Also, eat after 8/pm . Your body won't have a choice but to turn the excess sugar into fat.

If all else fails you can come live in the south for a few weeks. If southern cooking doesn't put some meat on your bones nothing will.

Protein drinks. Thay have vitamins and minerals. That way you aren't just getting all BAD fat and cholesterol, etc.

Simply eat more calories than you burn through exercise.
In short, the greater the excess calories, the greater the weight gain - though there are other variables like certain medical conditions, medicines, etc.

Try eating pasta or anything with alot of carbs, that would be the healthy way for gaining weight, don't pig out on junk food

drink Carnation Instant Breakfast with a meal and in between meals.

but don't eat a lot of unhealthy food
