Have a pizza party where everybody joins in making pizza, and also make a big bowl of punch. Have everybody bring a pizza topping they like, and a bottle of soda or packet of koolaid. Throw all the drinks into one big bowl and see how it looks and tastes, that's kinda fun.
Get several different ready-made pizza crusts, the pizza sauce to go with them, and some mozzarella cheese, about 1/2-pound for each pizza. Let each person have their own section of a pizza. Say, you have 12 people, you will need probably 3 pizza crusts, and each person will have 1/4 of it.

You could also serve chips & dip.... veggies & dip...
and stuff like that, too. Finger food is always fun.

Show videos of you when you were a baby, or a little kid, they will get a kick out of that.

Theme party at a local hall. Rent a hall like the elks or the legion.
They're not that expensive. Make it a theme party and you can watch movies and play music. I'm sure someone in school is a dj and would love to do it for free just to show his skills and to get exposure. Trust me on this one. Get a couple of cold cuts platters and lots of chips and soda and you're a winner. Don't forget to decorate the place up.

If you have any abandoned buildings around, set up a sleepover, then a trip to one or some of them.

It would be really funny if you tell your friends it's just to explore, which is fun by itself, but then, after a bit of exploring, have some people be hidden to turn it into a 'haunted house' of sorts, and scare the hell out of them.

So you pretty much killed to birds with one stone there. There's a lot of spooky fun you can get with that.

If you can't find an abandonded building, improvise with the haunted house thing. (Maybe have people to spooky sutff all night in your own house, while watching scary movies, to freak 'em out.)

Don't forget LOTS of candy! =D

My birthday is in November, too! I wanted to go to Disney Land, but it is so expensive! This year, i am going to watch some of my favorite movies with family and do karokie. You can also get some fun games another idea is to go see a movie in the theater and go to your favorite resturaunt! since you are tuning 13, it will be your 1st teen birthday, so be creative and have fun! (ps: if you have a house party, make a theme for it...old holly wood, stars, hawaian, anything! i am going to make every one who comes over wear pink....its my fave color! good luck!

scavenger hunt with 2 teams

English tea at a hotel (costs about the same as going out to dinner, but more fun and interesting because you get all dressed up)
