Bangkok Airways certainly fly that route, as does Siam Reap Airways International. I think they are the only two 'low cost' options.

The absolute lowest cost is to take a bus. Flying can get to be a bit expensive. If you are interested, go to Kao San Road in Bangkok and go to any travel agency. They can get you a visa and a bus ticket for pretty cheap. The bus ride is about 10 hours.

Cost around 8500 round trips.
First Flight from BKK is 8.30am.
Last Flight is 7.00pm.
take around 1 Hr. fly...
