Do most police stations have their own fuel stations/sources? Or do police cars refuel at any gas station of their choice?

It depends on the department, some use fuel cards at service stations, some use their own fueling facility, sometimes shared with Fire, EMS, public works and over government departments. A lot depends on the size of the department, and the area they cover. A rural department with 30 cars spread over a large area may find it more economical to use commercial fuel sources. A large urban or suburban department will most likely have their own fuel facilities, either at the police station, or at central locations.

Some police departments have their own fuel stations. I have seen patrol cars refueling at regular gas stations before. I would imagine that even if the department had its own refueling facilities, there would be times when it was necessary to refuel at other locations. If the car was driven all day on patrol and was involved in a chase near the end of the shift, there may not be enough fuel to return to the station. I have never asked an officer about this, but I work with couriers all the time. It is not unusual for some to refuel daily, so if the drive more than normal in a day, running low on gas is not impossible.

They can refuel at any gas station of their choice. The city has charge accounts at all the gas stations in my town (three) and I've seen them fuel up at all of them. there is also a city fuel pump that is in opperatioin during the day hours which they go to fuel as well.

Small town police departments probably use local gas stations. Larger cities have their own police motor pools, including fueling stations, paint shops and and garages for repairs.

Most of them fuel up at regular gas stations just like everyone else. By the way Wanda does not know what she is talking about.

Most police cars refuel at the county or city depot where all the city or county vehicles refuel. They also have a special gas card to do it (usually)

It depends on the agency.

We used to have gas pumps at the police station. Then we were told to go to our city's motor pool. Then for a while we used a private vendor. Then it went back to the motor pool. When I was in the drug unit we went to the motor pool for a while then it was changed to any gas station.
