Rasputin wasn't created. He was born like most of the rest of humanity, as a result of sexual intercourse between a man and a woman.

Only Adam and Eve were created, and only they bore the created image of God. That perfect image was tarnished with the rebellion of the two Parents. It is the tarnished image that is passed down through the generations to all of us, including Rasputin.
