No, you're not overweight. Your BMI is right on target. If you are concerned about your weight, I wouldn't diet. I would try to eat healthy foods and exercise for 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week. I like to run 3 miles a day, but I didn't just start out that way - I started with one mile a day 3 days a week and increased gradually until I was running 3 miles a day 6 days a week. You don't have to run, though. Do what you enjoy - biking, tennis, swimming, whatever. Just make sure it's cardiovascular exercise and that you do it for 30 minutes a day. It'll help slim down the spots that need slimming and tone up the muscles you already have.

"Fat" is a pretty subjective word, but I had a minute and ran your age, height, and weight through a body mass index (BMI) calculator and it said this:
"Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 22.1, placing the BMI-for-age at the 83rd percentile for girls aged 12 years 11 months. This child has a healthy weight."
The healthy percentile is 5 to 85, so according to that, you're normal, but toward the high end of it. Definitely not fat, though! Just eat healthy and exercise, and focus on how you feel rather than how you look. You'll be just fine. Remember though, that you're still growing - sometimes a kid's weight will go up before their height catches up. So don't freak out if it feels like you're gaining a bit.

13 5'3 125...i that thats perfect. Maybe just watch what you eat, and get some excercises. Try and stay at or around that weight (110-130) You should LOOK AND FEEL healthy. I don't think you *NEED* to lose weight, just make sure you dont binge and gain 10 or 15 pounds.
Plus, chicks with a little bit more "meat" on them look good. Trust me, no one, or practically no one, likes really slim and boney chicks. Your weight and height is how i would imagine a hotty. (i'm 13 too so dont worry lol)

There are many BMI calculators on the web you can check out that will tell you some of that. But they aren't entirely accurate. Talk to your doctor about it, and it will be really helpful! You're still young and you're growing, so your body is changing right now. People go through periods of growing taller and growing wider. Its just changing. Make sure you eat healthy and get plenty of exercise, even if it is just walking.

No your not over weight, I'm 12 now, when I was 5'3" I weighed that much. No I'm 5'7", and I still weigh the same weight. So If you're the same weight i na a few years, that's probably your adult weight.

5,3? Loose ten lbs. and you will be a bit skinny. But at 13 yrs old, you are still growing and should stop worrying about your weight. You are still carrying a bit of baby fat. It will go away soon enough. Don't worry, be happy.

Was all the weight you lost in your brain?! Because it sounds pretty empty! You are at a healthy weight for your height and age, and by the way boys like girls that are proportioned as a woman, not a skeleton!

it really depends on a lot of things, like your body build and genetics and stuff like that. ask around. ask your close friends for an honest opinion about how fat or skinny they think you are. If you need to lose weight, that's okay, you clearly don't have to lose that much of it.

125 pounds is just fine for your height. If you want to make your stomach smaller you should do some abdominal exercises and focus on eating healthy food.

Your BMI is 22.1, which is fine for your age and height. HTH : )
PS I think Tim is a bit dyslexic lol, you are at the 58th percentile, which means your weight is around average for your age/height and not at the higher end of the scale at all. HTH : )
