Stay away from anything fried or that has eggs or milk in it. Bland foods are best such as toast with a scraping of jelly or chicken soup or rice. Something easily digested.

Bland foods are good, like plain toast (no butter) or saltines. Also, flat gingerale, or coke. Keep it simple, and unfortunately boring until you begin to feel better.
