Many people like to do some stretches upon awakening--Yoga, Tai-chi, or other exercises-- others love a stroll in the nature, or take a shower, drink tea, juice, milk, cocoa, and so on, and many swear by making love upon awakening. Have a great day, whatever your awakening routine may be!

why not coffe? If you don't like coffe, then, you may use chocolate or soda which have caffeine. You may also, take a cold shower, do some exercises in the morning or listen to music out loud to help you wake up. What I love to do is to get dressed up listening to music while dancing! It really wakes me up and makes me feel full fo energy to start a new day.
