i agree with all the above, everybody has rights, smokers and non smokers, they put them on the shelf for you to buy but forbid you to smoke them in public, now how stupid is that, eh!! if we took the stuff that is in cigarettes and put it on someone's plate, we would be charged with attempted murder!!! yet they sell them!! i have been off smokes for 1 year, i miss them very much, my hubby still smokes and that is his choice and i don't have any right to tell him to stop!!

I have smoked and I have stopped for a considerable amount of time. I think it's great that smoking is not allowed in enclosed public places like cafes restaurants and bars....I have no problem with smokers lighting up outside, but not at the entrances of buildings or the cafes, etc., mentioned above.
I think entrepreneurs should be allowed to open smoking rooms so that those who smoke can be at least comfortable when it's
-40 degrees outside.
I live in Canada - we're in full blizzard status today!

I'm a non-smoker, with severe asthma and I totally support the bans on public smoking! Why should people who have chosen not to smoke or who get sick from it, be forced to inhale it if they want to go to dinner or a club? The smokers can always go outside or stay home and inhale to their heart's content!
My spouse is a 1/2-pack a day smoker and NEVER smokes inside at home. However, the smell still lingers and makes me ill. It's quite a turn-off! You'd think people who spend so much time buying new clothes and grooming themselves to look good would want to SMELL nice too! Not to mention the obvious health hazards!

I don't smoke and I LOVE the smoking bans. I have asthma and smoke bothers me a lot. I understand why smokers don't like the restrictions, but it's really about the better health of everyone.

I believe humans can believe loose to have the opinion that they wish. They will have to be capable to specific there opinion, and those that pay attention (which will have to be plenty of humans) will have to have an open brain, and perhaps difference there opinion. Some reviews won't become whatever, nevertheless it doesnt imply there nugatory. Even if no person treasures your opinion, you will have to. Its what makes you who you're.

i'm a nonsmoker and i think that it's great that the bans are up because now the people who normally have to suffer from secondhand smoking won't have to any more.

After six bypasses I quit, after 47 years. I now have emphysema and asthma: still want to smoke. It ain't cool dude.
The cost, you probably complain about the price of gas as you light up a cigg out of a $6.00 pack.
It stinks, masks food, smells up your clothes, it's like kissing an ashtray.

I used to smoke and so did my wife. After we quit we didn't realize how much it smelled. If we can find a restaurant that has no smoking we will go there rather than one that has a smoking section. If you don't smoke now don't start.

I smoke alot... I hate other people smoking near me! Second hand smoke certainly has ill effects, on everyone and everything!
It makes sense to ban the habit in public places; both indoors and out.
