Yes. My bf gave up smoking last year, and his skin looked better within 3 weeks, and loads better within 3 months. It looked clearer, it had a better, healthier colour and also tighter and firmer.
I think it is still improving.

Yes - you can always tell someone in their 50s who has been smoking for years - you really want to avoid that! Give it a while to notice a difference in your skin and make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out your system. The rest of you will feel a hell of a lot better too!. Buy Allen Carr's book "Easy Way to stop smoking" and you will never look back. Have fun

Your skin may not immediately look better, but you will be preventing future damage such as dryness and fine wrinkles from smoking. Also, your eyes will be less irritated and look brighter, which will perk up your whole face. AND your lungs will be able to absorb more oxygen, which will in turn make your skin and body healthier. You can't lose by quitting the cigarettes. If the health reasons don't convince, look at the money you'll save!!

When I look at smokers skin under a special light I can see lines of skin damage rising up from the lips. Smoking contributes to wrinkles, dehydration, and irritation.
You should notice a difference in just a few weeks. Your skin will feel more hydrated and you will have stopped premature aging in its tracks.

Yes. Smoking dries out your skin. Also when you smoke you tend to squint when the smoke get near yours eyes and that'll cause fine lines to appear. Stop smoking and drink more water.
Beside the benefits to your skin, you'll also smell better, foods will taste better, your teeth will be whiter, and you'll live longer! Take it from an ex-smoker! It may take a while to "undo" the damage, but you'll be glad you quit.
