Every now and then I see an older woman who looks like my mom. I'm always overcome with longing for her.

Actually yes from one theory I heard there is alllegedly a double for every one so i have seen people who looked like other people both living and dead I even saw someone who looked like me and they were very much alive and no I wasnt looking in the mirror Gorbalizer

Yes. It is quite common to think you see someone you know that is living when you are in a large crowd like that. It's really not a stretch for you to see someone that looks like someone that died.

I see my mother's eyes all the time. I say to myself how much I miss her, and a sort of wave rushes over me. Sort of an appreciation of acknowledgement, like thank you, thank you for reminding me of my lovely mother, God I miss her.:o]
