it's high in acidity content. It could bother you if you already have alot of acid in your body.It would make you itch or break out or cause burning when you urinate..If it gets on your teeth it could eat the enamel on your teeth. Might give you a stomach ache.

It can be bad for instance my biology teacher was explaining to the class about acids and bases and the pH scale, the scale used to measure acid and base levels, just a brief explanation (when you put an ionic compound in water then it will break into two ions and those ions can either be + or - the greater concentration it has of either is what determines how strong the base or acid is. So lemon juice is getting up there on the scale so my teacher was explaining and he was telling us a guy he knew drank tons of lemon juice and after a while his stomach was expanding from all the acid and he was writhing on the ground with pain but to help that he gave him saltines (a strong base) to counter act the strong acid. This is why when you are sick your mom gives you chicken soup and saltines (both strong bases) to counter act the acidic levels in your body

It's really not harmful, but it's really a good idea to put that much undiluted acid into your stomach, plus orange juice and lemon juice are bad for your teeth and could cause acid reflux which is really bad. I don't know anyone who could drink it straight anyway. It's best taken with warm water in the mornings.

Yes it is very bad for your teeth, it wears the enamel off of them and that's very painful. I know because since I was a kid I would eat lemons with salted plums( saladitos). Also all that acid isn't good for your stomach.

I hope not or I'd be in trouble. I love lemon juice. I don't think it's bad.

It is very acidic and during the summer I drank a lot of lemonade (acidic)- and I got a urinary tract infection. If she drinks a lot of water too she should be fine
