No, they have neither cilia nor flagella, they're "smooth".

Nope red blood cells don't have cilia or flagella, they r smoth n their movements is by squeezing through small pores as they have molding ability.

Nope. They've got no way to propel themselves and nothing like a cell nucleus to control themselves.
