On both sides. Usually red and scabby, but I'm pretty sure it's not herpes or anything. I break out in pimples sometimes, so could I have like, permanent imples in those areas? =\

You are low in Vitamin E.

You can get an over the counter Vitamin E pill at any drug store or supermarket. After taking this, you will be just fine.

If they're red they can't be pimple's they should be allergy sign's if I were you I would go see a doctor it could get worse to get rid of them you have to put cream on and honey on them put it separately cream at night and honey at day.Put the honey on for the longest you can.Or you can make this mask here's the ingredients:

1) half a mashed banana
2)1/4 cup of cooked oatmeal with milk
3)1 egg
4)1/2 table spoon of honey

mix it well and put it on your face.I promise you it will feel yucky but it might help. And keep that on for 15-20 minutes. My sister has the same problem.

Carmex is good and try L-lysine, you can get it at Wal-Mart or Walgreen's, down the vitamin aisle. If they don't work, you might want to have your doctor check it out.

I really don't think you can have permanent pimples. I'm sure there are stuff that will make them go away.Sometimes it's a matter of trial and error to see what really works!

You may be drooling in your sleep. That is not uncommon in any age. Also, you may have a vitamin deficiency. Your skin is apparently dry, so before you go to sleep at night, apply a moisturizer.

Wash your mouth and moisten it, especially if you eat seafood.
