Since bladder sling surgery (with cadaver tissue), I've had severe butt pain that usually goes away when up and walking around. It's worse at night and when sitting a long time. Muscle relaxers and aspirin therapy don't seem to help. It's getting worse and beginning to hurt during the day as well. Any idea what it is?

i have heard of massive cysts made of hair and stuff that can form inside of your cheeks. You should go to a doctor just to make sure you dont have this going on. I won't go into details, but if you do, and you don't get it fixed, they explode.

I am not kidding.
