Neither, thats just plain ignorant. Exercise and eat healthy. Get a nutrionist to help you with diet and sign up for a gym or buy some work out tapes. Anorexia and Bulimia will just lead you to gain MORE weight when you do decide to eat. Those are unhealthy.

First of all, I give you credit for posting your pic. Takes some courage to do it despite what others may think of it. Medically speaking, people might call you obese. It's all based on a body mass index. If you are at the lower end of it, you are too thin (anorexic). If you are at the higher end you are possibly bulimic. Both have dangers. Being too fat and having too great of a body mass index can contribute to stress on internal organs. An overactive thyroid gland may increase and contribute to the problem as well. I think blood tests and seeing a physician can determine this. Even worse is the condition known as morbid obesity which makes people in extreme cases unable to move out of bed! I would stay away from miracle weight loss pills that promise fast results. Try to see a physician who most likely will direct you toward exercise, good diet, and even surgery. Good luck to you. Remember, judging a book by its cover is simply wrong. Other people you know who are worth your time will see you for who you are, not how you look.

Since 198 isn't healthy, unless you're 6 foot something, you probably do need to lose weight. But being anorexic or bulemic is not the way to go. You can lose weight and keep it off better and with less harm to your body by exercising and eating healthier foots.

Eating disorders are disease of the mind not just something you decide to do and then when the weight is gone quit. Along with irreversible health problems. Th ye can also cause death. Seek advise from a nutrionalist or your Dr. could put you on a diet plan

Anorexia and bulemia cause so many other heaalth problems, u should really work on changing ur diet and exercising more. It will help u keep weight off in the long run.

you need to lose weight in a healy way
diet and excercize, dont do something stupid, those 2 choices, you would be just as well off to take a knife and carve off a few chunks of yourself
