Just wondering.
Here's some samples from me:
LATIN: Agricola portat aquam et laudat bonam equum.
FRENCH: Le bateau est bleu. La crevette est brun.
I know a bit of both languages. I was wondering if anyone here knew Latin or French.

Yes, I know both.
In the Latin you must make "bonum" agree with "equum". "laudat bonum equum".
In the French it should be "La crevette est brune." Again a question of making the adjective agree with the noun.
But top marks for trying. Bon courage! as they say in French.

I took a few years of latin.
The farmer carries the water and praises the good horse. Correct? (It's been a year or two.)

I'm French! You've got to say "la crevette est brune" or rather "est marron".

I wish I could speak french but I know some spanish. And Latin is a ugly sounding dead language so I wouldn't waste my time learning it.
