Yep.
A definite improvement on IE6.

Opens faster and loads sites faster.
Now has tabs across the top which makes it much easier to flick between different pages or sites.
Has a built in Phishing detector for what it's worth.
Has built in RSS feed indicator.
More space for the actual web page to be displayed in, the big iconic buttons have gone as have the drop down menus like File View etc. Don't panic, all this stuff is still there as you will discover when using it.
You can choose your default search engine / page easily and change it whenever you like, icluding using one that isn't in the list offered.
Many more security options

You won't be disappointed.

Whats so cool about it? I dont like it. I want the old one back. It took me a week to figure out where the history is and I still dont know how to delet my cookies.

yes i have and i agree with u! I especially like the lil magnifying glass in bottom right hand corner that allows u to zoom in and out accordingly. :)

Its the new one she will be on about windows IE 7 I dont think it's much different but i dont use it alot i prefer my BT browser.
