why do people believe that science solves everything??who do you think created scientist and the people that created the bible which was influinced by God himself??

The bible most definatly has nothing to do with a 'God'. And is mainly fiction. Talking animals, fire from heaven, walking on water, floating axe heads, chariots from the sky, rising from the dead, how much do you need to see that it is filled with fiction?
Who knows, maybe a long long time ago there once was a God that made the multiverse, but this God is not represented at all in the bible, thats for sure. I suggest, if you must keep a God, you get yourself a more uptodate, responsible and more ethical God.
It has been proven that the christian God does not exist

I believe the Bible was written by men because I've studied enough to see how it was written by different people in different times. Translations often cover this up, but it's quite clear in the original languages. The texts just don't make sense as a single unit, but they do as fragments stitched together.
I believe that scientists, who after all are humans and therefore related, just like you and me and the people who wrote the texts of the Bible, to apes and other animals, all of which have evolved from amoebas.
Science doesn't solve everything and has never claimed to. Only religious fundamentalists believe that. Science is about asking questions and looking for better ways to arrive at clearer answers. Why do you find this so hard to understand?

The Bible is not all fiction but part truth and a very great portion of Greek Mythology with the Greek Weather God Zeus being God the father and the Son of the father and the Angel in Joseph's dream and at the tomb of 100 lbs. of aloes and myrrh that made up the burial of the son of Zeus.

Because they dont understand it theese saame people who believe they came from monkeys or some other non sense the Bible is clearly inspired of God written by over 39 different people underinspiration of the holy Spirit over a period of 1600 years and has had a profound impact on mankind for the goodit is a letter from a loving creator to his children to answer their questions and guiode them through life the Bible never claimed to be a science book but where it does touch on it it is always correct and ahead of its time if you read it you also would know it is a history of mankind past present and future so we can learn from thier mistakes in the past not to repeat them many wise people have commented on the extreme accuracy of the bible in all areas archeologist even use it to locate lost ancient cities so only a person ignorant of its value and content would claim it to be a work of fiction for shame on them Gorbalizer

If I wrote a book that was so unclear that nobody ever agrees on it's meaning, which contains references to talking donkeys, talking snakes, a world wide flood which never happened, 900 year old men, zombies rising from the dead, the sun stopping in the sky, which also contradicts itself in hundreds of places, nobody would take it seriously. But when the same book was written 2000 years ago by a bunch of unknown, uneducated goat herders, everybody takes it as gospel.

The Bible is not fiction but there are many mistranslations and much was taken out by King Constantine who was a evil king who pretended to be a Christian. It was easy to change the scriptures back then because only the high priests and government had copies and a few other people. There is proof of this the christian Essenes found so many hidden teachings in the Basement of the Vatican and the holy brothers translated them to English. They have the dead sea scrolls and so many proofs about Jesus. They are the original Christians that Paul was killing. Paul wrote More of the Bible than Christs teachings and he never even met Christ. There are a lot of wrong teachings that Paul proclaimed that misled the whole christian world. Accepting the Bible is an act of faith, faith, by definition, requires no proof. Science is the search for empirically demonstrable fact, they are in no way related or comparable. There is not and never has been a conflict between religion and science, the conflict is a result of the people who use religion as a source of wealth and power fearing the loss of both. As a person of faith, although not Christian, I am in no way threatened by science, how can it detract from God's glory that we have a greater understanding of Her works?

if science doesnt solve everything why do religious scholars try to use science to solve religion. Science is the only true absolute and the search of that absolute will devulge all answers. Not blindly going through life because that is the way it has always been.

You are right Science is in the Bible.

As we all know, "duh... the earth floats in space of course. So why the big deal?"
I'll tell you why.
The books of the Bible are not set in order of oldest to newest.
Job( pronounced- Johb ) is considered to be the oldest book of the Bible. Over 4,000 years old.
While other cultures believed that the earth was flat and was supported by an animal of some sort, The Jewish people of God knew the truth from God, even though they may not have understanded it.
God is the God of all laws of the universe.
people just refuse to believe in Him, because they have an option, the backward 18th Century thinking of Evolution. The big lie that has offered anyone that doesn't want to believe in God, a "basis" for that thinking.
Lets face it, It is unscientifical for substance, laws, and energy to form from nothing- for life to form from non-life - and for life to morf into another form- by oddless chance.
It sounds like lunacy because it is. It is blind faith in almight chance. Evolutionist might as well be saying, "All hail Chance, praise be to Father Time, and their mensenger Darwin- dirt be upon him."
No real missing links have been found since the Theory has been formulated.
No half creatures( dog-cats, dats, cogs ) are walking around today.
Scientific law says that energy can niether be created nor destroyed.
But Evolution says energy big-banged itself into existance from nothing Billions of years ago.
Talk about Faith in Scifi.
Please, people- don't tell me I don't understand The Theroy.... it has been shoved down my throat in school for years.
I am just not stupid enough to ingest a fool's fairy tale.
the Facts that contradict Evolution are everywhere, but people deny them, people assume that Evolution is fact.
But real science is not based upon theory- but law.
The real science is I.D. - creation science.

As a Muslim I believe that the Bible is a book from God himself sent to guide humanity but sadly this book got lost through time it now has the words of God plus the words of historians plus the words of translators so its now not 100% divine because as you see the human factor has gotten into it
About science people (like you) think that science and faith are two different thing but they are the same, if you read the Quraan which is the Muslims holy book you will notice the amazing mixture of science and faith , for example God says : And He it is Who has created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each in an orbit floating. [21:33]
Here you see science and faith and proof that the one is talking is God because as you know Quraan is 1400 years old while the first scientist talks about the planet orbiting was born only 400 years ago
