What do we use federal income tax money for.?

Every thing the Federal government does for or to you is paid for in part by income tax. Much of the stuff that the state and local government does for or to you is paid for by the Federal government using income tax and other Federal taxes.

I funds the operations of the federal government, it pays for the programs set up for welfare, transportation, disaster relief etc.
