You have selected an excellent major to study in college. There are many scholarships available for someone who wants to study nursing in college since there is a nursing shortage. There are four sources for help.

Have you applied for federal student aid? The form is at fafsa.ed.gov. It will help tap both federal and college need based financial aid.

Second, there is nursing scholarships available. I have listed some.

Third, check your college's website. There might be even more scholarships listed in your major's information page. Also, there is a list of scholarships listed at the financial aid website and their office.

Finally, there are free membership scholarship search websites. Most are updated on a regular basis.

Good luck!

have you applied for the fafsa or pell grant. That goes by income. Also call the school you want to attend and speak to an admissions counselor and they can point you in the correct direction. Finally, go to your local library and they have big, thick book on every scholarship out there for every reason.
