A German passport will be more difficult to obtain, and take longer, than a British one in your position. You can use your girlfriend's citizienship to stay in Britain, because it's an EU citizenship, and she can just stay. Being married to her will make that easier for you, as well. Provided you have a good tax record in the UK and your paperwork is in order, you will be able to write an expression of interest to obtain British citizenship after 3 years, apply for it, and obtain it after 4 to 5 years total spent in Britain.
To get a German one, you will actually have to live in Germany on a resident permit for 10 years, and then apply, and they may not give it to you (my ex-girlfriend was born and raised in Germany, and had to battle for citizenship for 27 years).
Good Luck.

You and your girlfriend need to consult the Venezuelan and German embassy/consulate office in London.

A passport is a document granted by a country for the holder of that passport to return to the country granting the passport. If neither you or your girlfriend have a passport from any country, you are just "out there, wandering around".

A Visa is a document granted by world countries who require such to visit or travel in their country. Every country does not require a visa.
