Most people don't really eat healthy anyway. It's not a bad idea to eat good food. I know someone who eats only health food during the week and during the weekend she'll eat anything. Low fat, organic and whole grain. Nothing processes.
As for your weight don't worry about it. It's good to be fit, but don't get sick over it. Hitting the gym and working out might give you some confidence. If you're thin you should eat more, but eat more good stuff. Theres a point that someone can be too thin. I'd like a girl with a little extra than a girl who was too thin. Every girl I know who worries about her weight is either perfect weight or too thin, so don't worry.

When talking about pure physical appearance, I really can't stand the skinny emaciated runway model look. It's just skin and bones. I also prefer curves and healthiness, and definitely some muscle tone (that's just me tho', some guys don't care for that). Over that, I really prefer a girl who has a good attitude about her body. So many women, and men for that matter, are so neurotic about their bodies that it drives me nuts. I don't know why it's such a big deal to look like a model or be super skinny. I'd rather be with a girl who's able to have fun and not be so irritable from not eating. I have to admit I don't like obese that much. Honestly, that's a turnoff. A little overweight is no big deal to me. Mostly, I'd like a woman who can be active with me and enjoy some of the things I like to do without always being tired out, cuz I'm a very active person.

Who cares what guys like? What do you like? If you do not like how your body looks, then yes you should exercise. You also need to face reality. Some girls have those genes and some don't. I don't and I used to care. Once I realized that the happier I am with myself, the more attractive I am to men, I started really taking good care of myself. I made a list of what was important to me. I chose three things: feeling healthy, clear skin, and a sexy figure. Then I came up with ways I could improve what I already have. After all, you've got only what you've got to work with. I decided to cut back junk food, I quit smoking, experimented with different skin products until I found the ones I liked best, and researched and found the best exercise program for me that I thought would give me the results I wanted and started it up. It's going to take time and you have to believe in you. Good Luck

I know exactly how you feel!! I carry my weight in my hips and thighs, so i'm always self conscious about that area. and i've always had problems with guys. It's usually my friends who ask me out (i have A LOT of guy friends) and creepy guys who have stalkerish tendencies. There is a guy out there for you, who will love you for you, you just have to wait.
Yes, i have entertained the idea of going on a diet and getting a personal trainer, but honestly i don't have the time to work out every day. Here's the thing, your young and you don't want to screw up your metabolism so DON"T diet. you'll mess it up and when you're 50 and wanting to get rid of all the extra weight you won't be able to. Here's what i'm doing, I walk just about every day for at least 10 minuets and then dance for 20 (alone in my room). I've cut down on sweets (not cut them out) maybe one a week, except on special occasions. You won't get results in a week, like starving your self will, but it's a lasting result if you keep it up. If you ever want to talk about anything or need support you can e-mail me anytime @ didthegrasssing@yahoo.com.
God Bless!!!

You sound like me! lol. all the pressures of being really stick thin, but you have to keep reminding yourself that most men like a woman to have a few curve's. Obviously you get the odd few that like a really ill looking stick thin woman, like you also get men that love a larger lady! Be proud of your curves and keep them in check, but being thin is never really that sexy is it? lol.xx

you should exercise so you don't become a lazy sloth...not to get thin. those overly thin models are not good looking. they make women feel insecure (you) about their bodies. every women has a unique shape based on genetics. love yourself and others with love you.

NO, MOST GUYS PREFER A NORMAL SIZE LADY. NOT TOO SKINNY , NOT TOO PLUMP. IF YOU ARE SKINNY TO BEGIN WITH, DON'T TRY TO LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT. YOU MIGHT FEEL GOOD BEING SKINNY, BUT MOST MEN WILL LOOK AT YOU AND SAY" LOOK SHE GOT NO A-S. SORRY IF I HURT YOUR FEELINGS. BUT THAT IS THE TRUTH. ASK ANY GUY.

guys have different views of skinny in my opinion because most skinny girls are the ones that guys like but the dying ones are the ones they don't like; its sad how there are so many eating disorders because of this
