I don't think you are stupid. Just misinformed. There are many mistranslations in the Bible and King Constantine strickened many things from the bible. That is why there is a big gap. I know you are sincere but you have to seek truth not religion. Just get the Book You Mean That's In The Bible? It shows the words that where translated improperly which change the whole meaning of the verses. Also go to www.essene.org They found many hidden scriptures in the basement of the Vatican which have been written down to prove the miss translations. I have studied many religions and the Bible and I love Christ. I am not trying to cheat you. Just try to see for yourself. You can get the book above at krishnaculture.com and the essenes have the dead sea scrolls and so many nice teachings of Christ.
