There are lots of different ways for classes to be difficult.

Difficult technically - Probably my Structural Vibrations class

Difficult from a workload standpoint - Thermodynamics II, the works not necessarily hard, it's just that there's so much of it.

Difficult from a " this is not really my kind of thing" standpoint - Dance Appreciation. I still don't get it. Or necessarily enjoy it. But I passed.

Engineering students should be pros at math and physics, so those aren't the most difficult for them. Most engineers don't know a lot about finances and economics, so Engineering Econ. or any Econ would probably by the most difficult.
