honestly... one has to rely on his or her faith in Jesus/God.

Every day above ground is a great day. When I get some good advice that is God working through people. When I see love between people or a heart warming story gives me goose bumps that is God and Jesus letting me know that I have been touched. When I see my children making their way through life with the blessings God bestows upon them I feel a warmth in my heart the fact of the matter is God is everywhere especially in the simple beauty of the world and it's nature.

good question.
often in my life (even as a follower of Jesus) i've asked this same question. although i could say "i just know it in my heart" it doesn't give any real answer to your question.
however, i will go to the holy book called the Bible. in the gospels i read that the last prayer time Jesus had in the garden of gethsemane:
Mark 14:35-36
35Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed that if possible the hour might pass from him. 36"Abba,[a] Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will."
and again in John 3:16-21
then if i read the life of Jesus in all 4 gospels it shows me that Jesus loves everyone even prostitutes, murders, tax collectors, jews, gentiles, samaritans, and even the pharisees.
sure the Bible tells us of the major problem and temper God had towards the hittites, ammorites, cushites and other ites, and occasionally His own people. so this would definately cause one to question whether He really does love me/everyone/people. even though God had some anger towards the other nations and killed off a bunch of people, He is also a God of justice. with every act there must be a reward/consequence. if your tired you sleep and you wake up rested, if you don't sleep you be a crab to everyone around you making everyone miserable. there is an action and a re-action to your action. but hey where am i going with this?
which brings me back to the question, how do I know Jesus and God love me? the Bible has recorded Jesus and God's acts through stories, parables, through prophet and kings writings, disciples writings, shepherds and tax collectors writings. all show me that God loves me and everyone and Jesus loves me and everyone also.
i hope this gives some evidence to how I know that Jesus and God love me. IF God didn't send His son Jesus to this earth to die in my place for my sins and save me from eternal damnation I wouldn't believe God loved me. IF Jesus hadn't obeyed God and rebelled against God to do His own will instead of God's then I wouldn't believe that either of them would love me. But becoz God DID send His son, and that His son Jesus DID obey His father out of love through obedience then this is enough for me to know in my heart and soul that Jesus and God love me.
Bless you.

Because the One True God shows all men, through His successive Messengers, how to read and apply the teachings in the three most precious Books teaching about human and divine love:
1. The Book of Nature.
2. The Holy Book.
3. The Book of Man's Soul.
He who refuses to read, or reading without His guidance, is evidently ignorant about love.
He who is reading with His guidance, but does not apply, he is a hypocrite and he must receive the result of hypocrisy.

Jesus loves me, yes I know , for the Bible tells me so. Yes God Loves everyone, He loves the sinner, but not the sin. God loved Lucifer, who was an Archangel, and sinned against God, and became Satan. Obviously you need to read the Scripures, especially the New Testament in order to gain more understanding. God Bless You

Jesus, God, the Lord are all the same. Of the same spirit. One and the same.
He loves all, just not what they always do. Till the last breathe, you have time to repent, ask forgiveness. As you and I both know, he hates the devil in you to do these thing we know that is there, that Hitler, etc. has/have done.

Doesn't the bible say he loves everyone? So he loves Hitler. He just might not agree with what he has done on Earth, but he still loves him none the less.

God loves everyone, even Satanists and Hitler. That doesn't mean he won't let them go to hell. Faith, basically.

God proved He loved me when He sent His only son to pay the price for my sins. Jesus Proved His love by sacrificing Himself for our sake in obedience to God the Father.

Yes Jesus loved me, for the Bible tells me so!
