I've been fat and thin and fat again. I find that guys approach you more often if you're thin...but the right guy (who isn't looking for him?) doesn't really care, except that they want you to be healthy. He'll care more about your personality, and what you have in common.
I'm a little old fashioned in the dating scene. I let the guy initiate. Just get out there and have fun and when the chemistry is there, you'll both know it! My current guy cares about my weight, but I'm really into fitness right now, too, so it's all good. Mutual interests are more important than a number on the scale anyways!
If you're looking to hook up, there are a lot of dating sites out there for larger women...just google BBW...I met my guy online!

Some of us do, some don't. It's entirely a matter of personal taste, and has nothing to do with whether or not a guy is sensitive or trustworthy (I've known some complete jerks who liked big girls, and some nice guys who didn't).
The real question is, are you happy with your weight? If you are, then find a guy who likes you as you are. If not, then know that your weight is something that you have some control over (ignore the people who try to tell you that it's all in your genes; they're trying to sell you something). Do what it takes to get down to a weight that you're happy with and can maintain. Then and only then should you worry about what men like -- and don't waste your time on the ones who don't want what you have to offer.

Yes they care if your fat, but if you win them with whit and personallity then you'll be able to keep them.
I would try 1 hour of excersize every other day
start out slow and do this
15 min of the bicycle,
20 on the tread mill
then do your arms
and thighs
lay on the mat and do some crunches, and the lift the weights about 5lbs in each hand to do the back of your arms where the flab hangs
get on all 4's and leg lift your legs behind you.
in 2 months with a decent diet ( no choclate cake everyday.)
and drink a glass of water before each meal
you'll be lookin better than ever.
try it and you'll thin out a bit and the guys will be interested. and who knows what'll happen
Good luck

Some men find a fat girl a turn on, but far more dont like fat women, well only if they are drunk. It must be something to do with natural selection somewhere along the line, I mean why do men find a woman prettier and more attractive than another women??

You know what? Different people like different things. It is like going out to dinner kinda, you look at the menu and select the meal that fits your taste.
Being fat is a turn on for some men, just trying to figure out what they are after is another thing. Hey, thin women have to worry about the same thing.
Take your time and find out what they are about first and then if they are worthy of your time then so be it.

hi. nice question. yes, some men want playboy bunnies for a mate. of course, that means they should be as rich as hugh hefner I suppose. so guys like em fat, some like skinny.
I'f you're fat and ok with that, that's the important thing.
I know some large girls. they are wonderful. full of confidence and sass. some skinny birds are a royal pain.
find a boy who loves you just as you are. if he likes you now, if you go up or down in weight he'll still love you.
just, you be happy with you--right now. if you're not, then lose the weight. just eat less, get a bit of exercise and it will go.
have a bit of faith in yourself love, I'm sure you've got many good things to offer a bloke if he's not a total dweeb.
peace out,
frankie c.

There are some that care, and those are the ones that you are better off without. If a guy really cares about you he won't care if you're pretty or ugly, short or tall, or even fat or thin. What counts is what's on the inside. The mind, the heart, and the soul.

Im fat also...not obese just fat...but I had a boyfriend who loved me very much!!but I was forced to brake up with him. He was like a model (not in the face) lol...but skinny wise...yes people wondered..but we were in luv. A guy shouldn't care what's on the outside..it's what's on the inside that counts. Do u think ur beautiful? inside and out?? I do. At first I was self consious but I feel better about my self. Remember everynight before he goes to bed he thinks about u. Men are stupid and stuck up if they won't go out with u because of the way u look. Everybody thinks my ex is hideous...but I don't care..feelings should outweigh anyhting...love should outweigh anything!!
**LUCK**
Just don't be too hard on yourself!!!Live life to it's fullest! Don't do anything durastic like go anorexic or anything. Be urself and be who u wanna be!! I give u bunches of luck!!

Hi jojo,
Yes, most guys really don't like fat girls. We like a little bit of meat on them, but not obese. Fortunately, you can lose weight if work hard enough at it. Some guys like a big butt, or chesty girl, and are willing to forgive a little extra. And, there are a few chubby chasers too that really go for that in a big way. There's a lot of different people in the world, enough for everybody.

to be honest i am not skinny but not fat either.
I was fat a couple of years ago weighing near 12 stone. i was in a unhappy rel for a long time and food became my only comfort.
My ex just kept telling me that i was just fat and ugly and no one will ever love me. I simply did not care about me nor him.
When we separated i lost over 3 stone this weight just came off naturally because i was happier in myself and i did not need food for comfort anymore
When i was with a new partner after my ex he kept telling me that i was beautiful and he would always love me no matter what i weighed.
I am now in the middle i am not skinny nor am i fat. But i do feel that i am me no matter what weight what i am.
If a guy likes you and lets your weight put him off then to be honest that person is not worth bothering with.
You will find someone that likes you for just being you don't ever for settle for anything different or less
good luck
