Im a student in high school. There is this one teacher there that bothers me so much. He is so conceited and thinks he is God. I have never had him as a teacher.. But last year I was sitting in the library on my spare just minding my own business. I have a journal that is a schoolbook, so I was writing fairly personal things down. He came up behind me, grabbed it and started reading it out loud in front of everyone! I was SO mad.

Then on friday my friend was in his class. I was leaving in about 10 minutes and I needed to get our project information for a different class that is due on monday. I knocked on the door and asked if I could speak to Leah, and that it was really important. He wasn't in the middle of a lesson or anything so I wasn't inturrupting. He yelled "GO AWAY" and I just kept standing there not saying anything, and he got up and SLAMMED the door in my face.

Is there any way I can report him for this?

This teacher sounds extremely immature and I question his qualifications in general when it comes to being an educator. I send my kids to private school and I work my *** off to do so.....so they don't have to run into unprofessional staff like this.

I think you should discuss it with the principal or vice principal...or a guidance counselor if that is more comfortable.

As fas as how this man acts in school, show that you have more class and are more mature than he by ignoring him and avoiding any unnessary contact with him.

I would not give him any trouble specifically, because you bow to his level and you never know when he might show up in your life.....as a future teacher, etc.

Hang in there and PLEASE, don't let him get you upset enough to do something just as bad back to him. :)

As a second-year ed. student I can tell you that depending on the situation it can be really hard to bring light to a teacher's pattern of behavior.
Depending on the extent of how he's treating you, it's possible that his actions could qualify as bullying or harrassment, which most school districts have strict policies on, but generally in regards to student-on-student behavior.
There are three things that teachers can get into big trouble for. 1. Not fullfilling their school district requirements and obligations or refusing to
2. Bringing immoral issues into the classroom and having an immoral personal life get in the way of their teaching
3. Extreme inability to instruct a class.

My best advice is if you can, to get your parents involved. Generally they have the greatest influence.

He may have been in the right for not allowing you to speak to someone that was in his class, although the way he handled it was rude. His picking up your notebook and reading it was completely out of line and should be reported. After all he isn't even one of your teachers.

You should report him for taking your book and reading it aloud. That is an invasion of privacy, and he does not have that right. You should have your parents speak to the school board (they might not listen to a student, but they should to an adult) and, personally, I'd avoid the turkey (as much as you can).
