I have many friends growing some sort of bumps on those areas, and around the ***, legs, stomach, back, waist, hips, etc
I have asked my Dr. she sais those are cause by a vacteria that grows inside the nose. They travel through the body and look for the most sensitive parts of our bodies. The vacteria finds its place and look for any of the hairs on that sensitive area staying there, making the bump that usually fills up with yuky thing.
We tend to thinks is ingrown hair. WELL NOT. is not.
Is treated with antibiotic for ten days. and goes away.
Make sure you go to your doctor and let him or her know that.
and please after that do not dry your body with the same towel you dry your face. We also tend to blow our noses on it then pass it all over our bodies. GL :)

No one here can tell you what it is or how to fix it because none of us can see it and none of us are drs. Your best bet is to go see a dr and have him/her diagnose you. Chances are its only a small cyst, ingrown hair, or even a zit that hasn't come to surface yet.
