Certainly. Most larger liquor stores in bigger towns and cities will carry beers from many countries, including Australia.
Keep in mind, however, that these brews have been shipped here in cargo containers and have been subjected to temperature stresses on the way. So, they may not taste as fresh as Australian beer in Australia.

They sell Carling and Fosters in the US. Unfortunately, I don't think you can get XXXX anywhere but Queensland.
