Hi Rag Doll
What would help is nutrition, that is the key to overcome additioins. My stepfather used a product called Superfood (Nutrition and Energy) with much success. Many products out there, but nutrients is the key.
Best of health to you

you're very likley to be addicted. believe me that stiff is unquestionably bodily addictive. i've got been there. it is likewise fairly undesirable for you long term, no longer purely the sugar however the caffeine can do humorous issues on your metabolism. i became waiting to diminish down very slowly over some weeks. i discovered changing the occasional glass of coke with vimto (it extremely is a matching fizzy drink without caffeine) helped. do no longer flow chilly turkey as you will get terrible problems and sense tough for a week. as quickly as you have decrease out the coke thoroughly, you will proceed to get cravings for it for an prolonged time. back, have a matching caffeine unfastened drink rather and attempt and injury the habit that way. don't be tempted to objective the caffinated beverages back for extremely a mutually as. in case you drink widespread (no longer eating regimen) coke, do no longer attempt and substitue caffine unfastened coke or different eating regimen beverages as cutting out the sugar on a similar time as caffeine is much greater good. as quickly as you're off the caffeine then start to diminish down the sugar. notice that many eating regimen beverages additionally incorporate some chemical components which may be seen undesirable and are even banned in some international locations (alongside with aspartame). those are merely as undesirable and might reason a similar effects as caffeine and could be decreased and decrease down interior a similar way. good luck! ...and appologies for my spelling! :-)

Yep. Cant' function without at least a mug of coffee before 9am. Doesn't matter about the rest of the day, but it has to be in my system by 9am.
Otherwise I get killer migraines. I used to drink a pot a day, but have cut way back......
