Like everytime i opens someones page or download a movie its shut the internet page down what can i do?

maybe a virus. Do a scan and try again. If this doesnt work maybe consider firefox browser www.mozilla.org. Try it out trust me you will never go back to ie again

Uninstall and reinstall internet explorer or try installing a different web browser like Netscape.
Whats probably happening is that you have some missing or corrupted files that are associated with Internet Explorer and/or windows media player. As a temporary quick fix, you can view the files by right clicking on it and then choosing "Save as" and save it to your hard drive. Then you should be able to open it offline and view it that way.

Internet is disconnected or the page shuts down?
If the page shuts down that means you need to re-install Internet Explorer. The best option is to use Firefox (better than the best).
If otherwise, then not sure.
or may be microsoft have hacked into your system and they want you to buy windows vista.
