I thought the sheer might of the Illegals taking a day off was supposed to seriously impact the economy and make "xenophobic whitey" take notice?

All I noticed is that I had to buy my oranges at the supermarket instead of on the corner. If fact, I paid less and the quality was much better, is this what it would be like without Mexicans?

Seems like there was no real impact.

It was a disaster for them, when seen their true intentions. They don't want to be part of America, they want to leach off of us. It also showed how much respect they have for America in general.

Alot of would be supporter are now aginst their cause, it did nothing but make the American public mad.

We got a report from the DOT here in Atlanta that there were virtually no ladders in the highways, whereas on a normal day there are anywhere from 70-100 falling off trucks. (Coincidence?)

But many of them didn't take off, because of the fear of being fired or discovered to be illegal, or even being seen as illegal. Georgia is the one state that really does something about it.

Personally, Iike the way it's done here. They don't just ship random families back to guatemala, devastating the younger children who had no clue what was going on when they came here.

unless u lived in a neighborhood where the majority of the population was hispanic doubt you would have noticed.just like i never really notice the point of that supposedly paul revere ride that the minutemen were suppose to make.i read up on it on several websites and heard they had passed through tx but i only saw that on tv and saw about 10 middle age people standing outside the president's ranch in crawford, with hell if i know why they did that considering he wasn't even home.I both are similar in the way they got all this hype up for their cause and how much of an impact it was going to make, when in the end it barely made any if at all.

I noticed traffic was lighter and you could actually find a parking space at WalMart...although...no offense, but I think PR'icans were confused. They thought the day was for them.
