awww relax. been there...technically still there....and done that...do that as well...
anyway, trust me, what your doing is bd, and yet fine at the same time. there are many answers to your stressful probelm dear:
1. if a zit either hurts, is huge red and a big bump, or has a head of white or black, pop it! i know people say this is absolutely terrible, but do you know what is in those pimples? Poison almost...well not technically, but dirt, oil, and dead skin...if you leave those disgusting things cooped up insaide a bump, they will never go away! so POP! when you pop a pimple though, sterilize a needle or point by dipping it in hydrochloric acid or alchol first, then use it.
2. dermatologists cost money and are hard to find, but you've got to do what you've got to do. if you must, talk to a dermatologist about your problems or even a science teacher could help!
3. use a mild acne cream for a t-zone...such as neutrogena blackhead removal or oil remover. don't use a 5 step plan like pro-activ becauase that can make things worse.
4. for now, cover up those spots with oil-free base/foundation that looks fine on you. cover up never hurt anyone.
5. remember: there's no such thing as bad skin. just sensitive skin...it's so true and it'll make you feel good too since sensitive skin is like a baby's skin...
try these and dont let anyone be rude to you. have fun

To pop or not to pop?. While many acne sufferers have their own take on popping pimples, doctors widely claim that popping acne is a bad idea fraught with unnecessary risks. popping a whitehead can actually drive bacteria further down into the pore. The end result could be the recurrence of a more significant blemish, such as a cyst or nodule . As anyone who has popped a whitehead knows, a blemish frequently returns to the exact same area. There is also frequent reddening of the area from infection, which is common when popping pimples. So, the next time a whitehead stares at you from the mirror, try to turn the other cheek. If there is a blemish on the other cheek, make your peace with that one as well. The best thing to do is, just keep the area clean, it will go away.
also I hear pro-active is good.

Some products can cause acne. Make sure the product you buy is non-comedogenic (wont clog pores) and note that hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested doesn't necessarily mean it's non-comedogenic. Also, are you exfoliating? Dead skin can clog pores too. Try taking a shower in the morning and at night, the steam helps big time. Sometimes this is caused by hair follicles too. If you have insurance, besides going to the dermatologist, you can also have a professional unclog your pores and although it doesn't feel like it (I thought I was having a facial), it's considered surgery so it might be covered (mine was). Popping will cause scars eventually. Retin-A's are helpful, but if nothing works - and I mean nothing - Accutane is drug by prescription that definitely works but the side effects are more than crazy!!!

use this poping thing you can buy at Wal-mart and it actually works only thing you have to do is take the utinsil then touch the pimple with the divise then the stuff will come out without making your head red or getting sore. its a two prong utinsil that you get in the beauty section one side is to get blackheads the other side is to pop pimples so its great you should try it. It only costs about 1.89.

Stop popping them. That only irritates them further and does nothing to help. The best acne medication that I have used is Clean and Clear's Persa-Gel. It's about 4 bucks, and works very well.

i pop em too, sometimes a build up of yeast in the body will cause pimples- especially around the mouth area- you do not necessarily have to have a yeast infection to have a build up of yeast- try acidophilus- you can buy this at a health food store or walmart for that matter- i prefer the pearls- they are easy to swallow- and go easy on the carbs and sugar -

When I was young I had a lot of pimples. Doctor told me to wash my face with a complexion brush. Sometimes I would bleed from scrubbing my face. But I was told to put witch hazel on my face after I dried it off. It burns but I got rid of my pimples.

Instead of popping the zits...go to a dermatologist (skin doctor), he will give you the advise you need.
