Phetermine works pretty good. If you're not looking to get prescription meds the carb blockers work good. Hoodia pills are supposed to be good too.

Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

I tried many diet pills/shakes/bars with no or little results.

Than I tried Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

Prescription diet pills. are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. I am now not a Doctor however I do realize there is not any nontoxic speedy repair for a trouble that constructed through the years. Sure you would take nutrition capsules to cut back your urge for food, however now not consuming is simply as dangerous as over consuming if now not extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle medication is not anything extra the a state-of-the-art day variant of what was once referred to as snake oil which was once offered out of the again of a protected wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be precise then it by and large is."
