what ever you do just be honest w/ her tell her how you really feel and explain to her that your relationship is no longer fulfilling your needs and there is nothing to build on dont do it by a text message or an email she as feelings and it would be considerate to do it in person and there is not really a certain line you can use honesty is the best way good luck

Bro you just gotta be really really frank and most of all make the person feel that you do care but just dont feel the same. Do remember that the person you are wid could be a really great friend infact you must have spent times wid her that you do cherish alot so be very careful that you put things the right way.
Just go like you do mean alot to me but i feel were better of as friends as i feel guilty that im committing to something im not sure of.
Make sure you dont hurt her bro.

A guy that I dated for 7 mo....came to my house, asked to sit down, explained that he didnt feel like he was the right guy for me any more. He had issues to deal with personally for himself and that he still cared for me. He got up and walked out and I never heard another word from him-he totally stopped communicating - changed his number, email everything. The strangest thing!! We were VERY into eachother including up until the moment- and I am a really good girl...no baggage, problems etc... Turns out he was deployed to Iraq and got his dream to go there. One of his issues (I found out) is that he wanted to legally kill a person to understand how it felt being the taker and this was one of the ways he could legitimately do it. Unfortunately now he's been killed.

If the other person has feelings for you, you won't get away Scot free. But I think the easiest way to break it to the other person is to say you've grown apart. It's better to break it off now rather than waiting until further feelings develop. If the other person wants to make you happy they will understand.

Seems like girls used to always use the "it's not you it's me" line on me when I was younger. Maybe that's what they would want to hear. Just tell them how you need to be getting things done and you feel like your life is not where it should be, you're not able to handle a relationship cause you always feel jealous, paranoid, etc. etc. blah blah yakkety friggin' blah.
Or you could always be honest and let them be sad and learn from their mistakes.

Quick and decisively. If you go about it slowly there's a chance of appearing unsure. In which instance you may give the other room for hope. Only try to be as caring as possible, there is kharma to think of.
