to stay over with him. Is it ok to take this personally and feel very offended? Cause I do.

This is a typical expression of the sexual double standard that women are constrained from sex and viewed negatively if they have it, while men are encouraged to have sex and are viewed positively if they have it. Maybe you could bring this up with your mom and assure her you are behaving responsibly and having safe sex (assuming you are). Talking about things openly and in a calm way with your mom will help more than attacking out of anger. Good luck.

The issue here is not that your parents are letting your brother spend the night with his girlfriend. The issue is actually the danger that both you and your brother will be facing in the long run whenever the time comes for your both to consider getting married (if that's what you want). From my own personal experience and those of others, there is this feeling of regret about being that intimate with our significant others. Well, I guess it's because there is this very sacred and special part of us that we are giving to another person (physically and emotionaly) who may not even be Mr./Mrs. Right. Of course, that doesn't mean that your supposed to marry the first guy you date. Not at all. But when you respect your body and your boyfriend's body, he will start to respect your high standard for commitment. You're not just his girlfriend then. You're a woman of dignity and real, selfless love because you are putting the welfare of your boyfriend and yourself first before your own personal desires. I know it's hard to be away from someone you really care about (tell me about it!). I've made mistakes in the past, and made a resolution not to put myself through that torture ever again. Now, I realized that it is definitely worth the wait. I have finally met Mr. Right and am getting married to him next summer with a clear conscience and a deep level of commitment that I've never had before. :) God bless.

Well if he is older then that is why.Plus we woman have live through the double standard for many years. It's okay for a man to have tons of sex but if a woman does it then we are labeled as no good. You are a girl and more then that u are daddy's girl so forget it .He will never let it happen.
