I have looked everywhere online and cannot find it in any Spanish-English conversion site. It might be slang so that may be the reason I was not able to locate the meaning. This is of dire importance to me personally so any help would be greatly appreciated. Once again it was used by someone from Cota Rica so it may be Caribbean Spanish

It was used from a man to a woman with the man calling her "Michi". Her name isn't Michelle or anything close to that so I'm not sure that is it.

This is a wild card, but could it be "Mi chica", i.e. "my girl"?

Michi it should be a nickname for example Michi for Michael

no spanish i know of is "michi" or anything close i can think of
