Just try to get out on your own with him, without his or your friends flittering around (where he can concentrate on you), and move up closer to him. Grab his hand or just put your hand on his arm when he's talking to you. Also smile and keep eye contact as much as you can. Have fun and best of luck to you two.

You can't make someone "fall" for you. It just has to happen. If you know he likes you, just spend more time with him. And if it's meant to be...it'll happen. Don't rush anything.
