i like him a lot,and he likes me,but he is too childish and not that mature when it comes to these sorts of things...he doesn;t know what to do..how can i flirt with him or i do`nt know,make him flirt ,cause he`s very shy,and there`s nothing i can do ....please tell me what i have to do

I was totally a shy guy when i was single....the fear was absolutely paralyzing. This is something you totally need to take into careful account.
Maybe do a little something nice for the guy...i dont mean buy hima car or anything...but find out what he likes...show some genuine intrest...if he's got a hobby ask a little about it....ask about his friends or family... if theres anything you can relate to share that with him...my wife and i got along great because initially we talked about out families and mutual friends initially...and i was PAINFULLY shy in the beginning

I was in that position once it was the most frustrating thing ever i tried to be subtle u know but subtletly just doesnt work girl u gonna have 2 go all out.If u r shy u gonna hve to forget about that and kiss him talk to him just get him out of his shell.Believe me the rewards u get wont make u regret going through all that

Talk to him on a regular basis. Try being a little more assertive since he's not gonna make the first move. Guys like that. It's so much easier on their part

Ask him out. Yeah, it's scary, and of course it's always nice to have the guy chase you, but, sometimes, to get what you want, you just have to go after it. Good luck!
