You need to eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between to help keep your blood sugar level. Eating only one meal a day is not healthy even if you are taking supplements. If you cannot bring yourself to eat 3 meals a day then you might have an eating disorder and need to see the doc. Start eating right and getting healthy. If you keep eating only one meal a day it can cause serious medical problems and possibly even death. Good Luck

One meal a day is not enough for your body. Your breakfast and lunch should be the biggest meals, and your dinner very light. If you want to be healthy this is the best way. Eating fruits, yogurts, healthy cereals, these are really good for your body and they taste good too, these won't hurt you. Just be sure your lightest meal is at night, eating during the day you will burn these calories off. Be healthy girl.

DO NOT STOP EATING ALL TOGETHER!!!!! Eat three meals a day. Don't stop. It will kill you if you stop eating. Don't worry about looking thin. Not eating isn't the way to do it. Eating right (fruits, vegetables, etc) is how to lose weight. Eat three meals a day, but just keep it healthy. No junk food. THEN you will look good.

Eating less can actually make it hard for you to lose weight in the long term, slowing your metabolism as your body adjusts to your lowered caloric intake. Your question hints at that you might have an eating disorder. Eating once a day is not healthy under any circumstance. If you are well under your ideal weight you should consider seeing a doctor (if you haven't already).

When dieting, I would recommend that instead of eating only one meal a day, that you eat two smaller meals a day. That is far more healthy, as your body needs nutrition more once every 24 hours. Plus you will not get nearly as tired.

not good. your body needs nutrients continuously throughout the day...if you still choose to eat only once a day make sure that you are getting all the necessary servings that are required for a healthy diet. if you choose not to eat healthy then still take a multi-vitamin which would be better than nothing at all.

are you stupid? eatting gives you carbs to make it through the day.
One meal a day? pathetic! you need three meals a day to give you strength and energy to make it through the day.
If you are not over weight please consider this.
If you are overweight, eeat three meals a day, but watch what you eat. Don't eat raman for breakfast then a cookie for lunch and nothing for dinner. Consider veggies or fruit or a health bar and coffee for breakfast, somehting good for lunch and something healthy for dinner.
If you think all this is crazy, see a doctor.

okay well my aunt is a phicatrist and i geuss her advice would go something like this:
It sounds like to me either you have a gentic diese (cant spell the name) were you have a very low appitite in wich you need to see a doctor. Or you have the begining stages of anerexia in wich you need to talk to you mom sister dad or school consoulor any way someone you trust before it gets out of hand.
