I had a dramatic history of personality disorders.
1) I had avoidant personality disorder
2) I suffered from panic attacks
2.5) I suffered from derealization and depersonalization
3) I got rid of avoidant personality disorder and panic attacks
4) Avoidant Personality Disorder turned into something else, which I assume to be Borderline Personality Disorder.
Facts::
I'm currently in depression, but I'ts somehow different then before. I'm so nervous, hyperactive, I feel like I'm going crazy, I also suffer from alienation (I don't feel emotionally involved my environment), I want to escape from my country but its all in my head. I'm 15, somethimes narcissoid. Some days are fine, while some are terrible. The terrible ones are triggered by something that awakens bad memories in my case (some places, objects, person).
1)What do I suffer from?
2) I'm a teenager. Is this normal?
3) How to help myself without medications?

Some of the symptoms sound like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. First of all, someone under 18 should not be diagnosed with a personality disorder because the personality is still forming. Some personality disorder symptoms can be commonly seen in teenagers, therefore normal for the age.

I think you are overthinking all of the pathology that you think you have and it may be making things worse. Making you feel more apart from and seperate from your peers and others.

Seek professional help from a therapist or doctor who specializes in treating trauma.

Best of luck to you. There is hope.

What do you mean by crazy?

Depressed people are by no means crazy, so it's either one or the other.

By this long and detailed description of your mental illness, you seem very intelligent and moreover very aware of what's wrong with you, so you definitely fit the description of a depressed person, but not a crazy person.

Since you don't mention family or peers at all, I will assume that your problems are biologically rather than situationally based.

So for your questions:

1)You may suffer from a variety of things including the illnesses you already described. In general, your problems are neuroses rather than psychoses, meaning that you know what's wrong with you and you are still in contact with reality to at least some extent. Your symptoms seem to be the result of panic attacks, which you said you have. ADHD may also be the source of your problems, but whatever you have, you need to see a regular doctor or a psychiatrist to determine the real cause of your problems.

2)No, it's mostly abnormal.

3)I'm actually on medications for depression right now and they are helping, but you should try behavioral therapy with a psychologist 1st, then try natural products that are good for mental health (herbs and such), and only try medications as a last resort, but still don't be afraid to take them as they can help in many cases.

Yes! The universe (and its houses) is real potent. I guess in case you repost your query at the Physics discussion board, you could get solutions that placed your questions extra into point of view. I suppose the physicists have exact theories to reply questions similar to "while the grime and planets and all that ends does the universe? or does the blackness simply hold goin on and on?" As for, "Why is there a Universe?" you'll be able to ought to regulate this question just a little; or else, the physics humans will give an explanation for the "Big Bang Theory," which, I'm assuming (unhealthy unhealthy unhealthy), is not the reply you desire. So, you could ask, "Is there prohibit to the universe? And if it extends infinitely, is there a factor in which atomic subject/vigour ceases to exist? or anything to that outcome. As for G/god, there's no necessity for G/god to exist and for there to be a Universe. G/god, in accordance to a couple, created the universe. But this perception is handiest enough for the reply 'Why is there a Universe?'--now not indispensable; but, nobody, as of gift, has given a indispensable reply to the query 'Why is there a Universe?' Maybe in the future you're going to provide us this reply.

Since you are under age you need to talk to your parents and let them know how you are feeling. There is a chemical imbalance in your brain. It happens to some people and they still don't know why. There should be mental health clinics in your area. Do not be ashamed of what you are going through. Do not take to heart some of the answers that you will recieve here from your question. Some will be cruel and some will not be the correct advice. Only a qualified doctor can diagnose you and prescribe the meds or therapy that will help you and be right for you. They will put you on medicines to regulate your mood swings. Mental illness is not fun or funny. I know I have recently been diagnosed as being Bi polar. You are young and you can pull through this with help. You can not do it alone though so please get help. I will be praying for you.

I would think that by your history you have been on meds- unless you self diagnosed your self- glad to hear you have got over a lot of it- sounds llike ptsd if places, objects and people awaken bad memories and set you off- I can relate to that-counseling may help resolve some issues- possibly meds- like zoloft may help- take care - you need a diagnosis and treatment from a professional- and lay off caffein and soda pop and eat a healthy diet- take care- D

See a psychologist and there is something not right with you if this happens very often. I'm not a doctor but it's a best bet to go see a doctor to tell you what you are suffering from and I don't think your crazy, there's just something wrong with you.

Ok, ummm, you should be telling someone eals this, and no it isnt normal. To be honest, I had a slight ocd problem, but I kept reminding myself to get a hold of myself. Im good now, although a lot of small things bother me.You need to get yourself together.

It's probably not normal to go through that much by your age, but i wouldn't think you are going crazy, i think you either need to do something new for relief or do nothing at all and rest for a bit.

This is not something that anyone on here is qualified to help you with. It sounds like you need to be under psychiatric care for your conditions.

You sound like a hypochondriac moreso than the other conditions you listed.
