If you think that is wierd, people today put their mouth on people they like. Sometimes they even lick the other person's tongue.

I have no idea whats up with the foot washing thing. If jesus or anybody else offered to wash my feet, I'd say no thanks i can handle that myself.

the foot washing thing was a tradition that people did back then. when you would go to someones home their servants would wash the guest's feet to show that they are welcome. when Jesus washed his disciple's feet it was to show them that they needed to be kin to everyone. even there enemies.
