8 ounces Fettuccine; cook -- drain | In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and
milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with
sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
This is my favorite recipe, everyone always asks for it. Very simple to make also!

Easy Seafood & Basil Alfredo Recipe
Ready in: < 30 minutes
Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine, uncooked
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pound medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined or scallops or other seafood
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup milk
1 package (3 oz. size) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Sprinkle shrimp with garlic salt; cook until shrimp turn pink, about 2 minutes.
Add milk and heat just to boiling; stir in cream cheese and basil.
Reduce heat, stirring constantly until cream cheese is completely melted.
Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese. Toss hot pasta and sauce; serve immediately.
Princess Cruise Lines Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1 pound fettuccine
6 egg yolks lightly beaten
1 pint Half and Half cream
2 ounces butter
1/2 pound white turkey cooked and julienne cut
black pepper freshly ground, to taste
salt, to taste
4 ounces Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Directions:
Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
In a medium bowl, blend egg yolks and cream together. Place butter in a saute pan and melt, add turkey strips and brown lightly. Add cooked fettuccine and heat through. Add the egg/cream mixture and gently fold in until all the liquid is used. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Add grated Parmesan.
