I feel ya! I think the only choice is to make a complete life change, and empty all the junk out of the house. Buy vegis, and fruit. Eat to live, not live to eat or whatever that saying is.
Oh and find a way to exercise till you drop everyday. Guaranteed weight loss...

I know where you are coming from. Dieting, per se, doesn't work. You get off the diet, and you gain the weight back, if it works at all. However changing your lifestyle does work. Eating lots of fruit, veggies, fish, whole grains, poultry without the skin, beans, and lean red meat if you have to have it helps a lot. Also it helps you lose weight if you drink 24 oz of low or nonfat milk in 24 hours. If you combine this with exercise, and exercise after you eat it is pretty effective. Also eat your largest meal for breakfast, then lunch, then supper smallest. There are other options for weight loss such as hypnotism and acupuncture (make sure you see a qualified professional.) Personally, I have lost 45 lbs. since these changes in my diet and acupuncture in about 4 months. I tried the Atkins diet for a little while previously, when I stopped I gained it all back plus, and my cholesterol skyrocketed.
I also was anorexic in high school. This is definately NOT the way to go. Waaaay too many health problems. Then, your metabolism stops and no matter how little you eat your body thinks your starving so it stores fat and you gain weight anyway. Same with bulemia. Not fun.
Also if you try this, don't cut out sweets altogether. You will crave them too badly and then go on a binge and hate yourself. Personally I HAVE to have something chocolate every two weeks or so.
And I think a detox tea is beneficial. I personally like Yogi Tea.
Just make sure you drink plenty of water, this is important for both weight loss and detox.
I wish you the best of luck, and don't give up. It's not healthy to lose more than 2-3 lbs per week anyway.

Have you tried natural and healthy? ... Let me share my story as I felt as you do that there was nothing out there to help and I am 45 years old ... I just recently discovered a natural & healthy way to gain energy and lose weight that's even safe for people with diabetes. I implemented an anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink (that only cost $1.oo per serving), and a simple and great “No Diet Weight Loss Plan” into my life. I feel 100% better and have a ton of more energy than I have ever had and I have lost 2 1/2" in my waist and I have lost 22 pounds (29 more to go) in only the last 30 days. What’s incredible (honestly) is that I did not diet (that’s boring), eat special foods (that cost extra money), skip meals (that makes your stomach growl), or even exercise (as I can not because of disc damage in my lower back). I have been told that I can not send a web link through this service but if you would like e-mail me or IM me from my profile and I will point you to the web site and to the products that have changed my life and vastly improved my health

Dieting always work.
Excercise always work.
You just have to commit in doing both at the same time in order to see results. Granted it will take a lot of will and motivation, but you must believe in yourself and pray about it and everything will fall into place.
Anorezia and belimia is never an option!

you have a question mark after the -i hate that i am fat?_ so do you really? or are you just irritated that you don't fit in with the norm? fat is not necessarily bad- but if you really hate it- then do not give up- diet foods often cause people to put on weight- the crap that is in them- so go with real food- live foods- salads- fruits- and yes, you can have sweets- but in moderation- and yes, you do need to exercise- but do not get discouraged if you don't loose the weight all at once- you may have to increase the work out or eat more healthy foods( not MC Donald's!) as you progress along - go to the library and read up on it- the more raw you go the better your health- hey- i still love baked chicken- just not every night.

Diet and exercise don't always work.
And, anorexia or belimia are not wise choices.
One thing that works for everyone is this: eat half
portions of everything. (everything means everything)
This is not a quick cure for being over weight.
It takes time.
But it will work !!!

Make sure you make time for breakfast. It should be the biggest meal of the day. Snack three times a day on things like carrots, apples, celery. Drink water. If you feel hungry and you've already had your meal or your snack water will make you feel full. If you don't like water then try other non-caffeine, non-carbonated beverages.
You could also do 2 minutes of sit ups and push ups a day. That's 4 minutes of excercise a day that'll show you plenty of results.
If you like to walk or run...a 1/2 hour a day...even better

You mus not be exercising right then......what kind of exercises do you do? I run 2 miles with special weight shoes ride a bike for an hour do 20 reps of weight lifting jump rope with a weighted rope do cardiovascular exercises isometric exercises and stretch for about 30 minutes and I'm in great shape. It takes a while to get results there not instant and you must eat right and healthy and you must have confidence in yourself.

Actually, eating less and exercising more DOES work! You have to keep track of what you're eating though and eat good quality food, not junk. That is the key.
Go to this free weight loss website which will tell you how many calories you should eat each day and then you can track your calories with an online tracker. http://www.sparkpeople.com
Good luck!
