there are similar questions on here but i want to know which foods give the most energy, dont make you gain weight, and are filling.

i dont have a large appetite. Im recovering from anorexia.

That's easy, fruit and vegetables release their energy slowly over a period of time so that your energy levels stay level . These foods are also non-fattening and have a healthy nutritional content.

High energy carbohydrate foods will give you high energy but only for a short while and then your energy level drops making you feel hungry again, they are also fattening as high carb foods get converted into fat and stored in your body.

These foods don't exist. Raise your metabolism, lose your too large appetite...
whole grain breads and things have some energy, can be filling, but don't eat too much...bananas might be closest to what you want...and other fruits like cantaloupes and various Persian melons.
