A lie is defined as "making a false statement with the deliberate attempt to deceive". I'm guessing the "false" statement that you're talking about involves Jesus telling the second thief, "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise."

How is that a lie? Do you know for a fact that this thief didn't go to Heaven with Jesus?

I'm assuming that you're calling Jesus "an habitual liar" because you believe that everything He said was a lie. But how do you REALLY know it was a lie? Have you tried reading - I mean REALLY reading - and studying the Bible?

Look for God's love. If you really read the Bible, you'll find it. Then you'll know what Jesus said was not a lie nor the words of a liar.

Why do you say that Jesus lied to the [repentant] thief on the cross? Why do you blaspheme the Holy Son of God by even suggesting that he was "just an habitual liar"?

To the repentant thief He said "verily I say unto you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise".

When Jesus died, His body was laid in the tomb but His spirit went to Paradise (which, then, still was in hades ... where Abraham was). The repentant thief didn't have to wait; when his legs were broken he died and he found himself in Paradise too.

How did Jesus lie to the thief on the cross? To the one who was mocking him, he said nothing. To the one who confessed him as Lord, he gave the assurance of eternal salvation and the promise of heaven. There was no lie. Jesus was the only person to have ever lived who was without sin. His birth was miraculous because there was no natural father. He was born of spirit and of blood (the virgin birth). His life was perfect from the beginning. A tangable embodiment of God. His death was for our sins, a sacrifice. There is no forgivness of sin without the sheding of blood. Jesus died for us and on the third day he rose again (physically) and stayed on earth 40 days until assending into heaven to be seated at the right hand of the Father (the most honored seat). At the end of our lives, we will all be found guilty of sin at the seat of judgment. There will be two desitnations for us. For people who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ, that is, they have accepted the gift of salvation and eternal life and confessed him as Lord, there will be Heaven. Someone, maybe you, asked about how to go to Hell. Well, here it is. Reject Jesus. Not deciding is deciding no. Heaven may sound boring to some, but it won't be. There's no way that we can even begin to understand the spendor and magnificance. There will be no boredom. For believers, we will be in the home we have longed for our entire lives. We will be completely fulfulled and satisifed, lacking nothing and so not bored. Hell is ETERNAL seperation from God and everything good. Some people think that Hell will be a big drug party or orgie. That's a sad misconception. Hell is filled with eternal non-consuming fire. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. The worst nuclear explosion, or war, or disease won't even compare to the pain and suffering of seperation from God. Please consider the gift of life through Jesus Christ the Lord.

I like to think you're trying to be funny, but all the same, your humour isn't in good taste!

I will give you the benefit of doubt, and assume you are uninformed of what you are saying here for now.

It is clear that you know nothing at all. Study your Bible before you condemn the people in it.
