The potato and meat have to be cooked separately. The potato will have to go an hour in a conventional oven, the pork steak needs at least 20 minutes. In 450 oven bake potato for 40 minutes, after poking a couple of holes in it. Season your Pork Steak with your favorite spices, put it in with the potato. Chop the onion into slivers, set on top of pork. It will cook w/potato for last 20 minutes or so. The pork will be dry cooking like this. If you have a microwave, you can get the potato in about 5 minutes.

make kabobs with them.. soak your skewers in a tall glass of water, while you prep green peppers, onions and whatever you want on them.. cut most of the fat off the steaks and cut in good bite size pieces.. season em with meat tenderizer, salt, pepper and a little garlic salt.. spray non stick on cookie sheet pan.. alternate vegtables and meat on skewer.. add bqq sauce right a way.. broil them in oven, maybe 15 or 20 mins.. when you see they are browning pretty good.. then turn them over and continue broiling them another 10 mins or so.. no need 2 put sauce on them when you turn them.. i love the sweet baby rays original bqq sauce, sold at farmer jacks.. give it a try : )
