i lost my paper for the headgear and the packet for it, i looked everywhere but can't find either. The paper is just how many hours i wore the headgear and stuff, if i show up tom, do you think the doctor will get angry?

The orthodontist wants you to write down how long and how often you wear the headgear for your own benefit, not his. He will be able to tell right away if you've been wearing it enough. The 'write down the time & date' routine is just to reinforce your own habit of wearing it.

Well I could understand the doctor getting frustrated, but never should he get "angry" with you. Besides you would be able to at least give him a general idea of how often you wore your headgear.

No your orthodontist won't get angry. Just find a sheet of notebook paper and start keeping track of the hours you do wear it and tomorrow call his/her office and ask for a new sheet. Tell the receptionist you misplaced the sheet you had and they will give you a new one.

well they can't really yell at you can they?! after all, you're the "customer" and the customer is always right :)
don't worry about it, they must get it all the time and they probably have the time that you have worn it on their own records. plenty of people must loose it, i think they'd much rather you were at the appointment without it so that they can continue your treatment, rather than not there at all...
if you've looked as much as you can then theres not much you can do. don't worry :)

he shouldn't, because I am sure he loses a lot of papers himself, and if he does, then just explain to him you lost it and need new ones

your the one paying him remember. He is paid to bo pacient with you. If he gets pissed tell him to take the braces off and tell him your taking your service elswhere.
